Job description

Who are you?
  • Manage orders for the Benelux and France regions
  • Handle inbound/outbound shipments and inventory control
  • Coordinate and oversee packing instructions and inspections
  • Oversee operations at our inhouse warehouse facility
  • Communicate with carriers and manage shipping schedules
  • Maintain accurate data entry in our ERP system (Exact Online)
  • Provide hands-on support with packing when needed

Requirements

Who are you?
  • BA degree in Business, Economics, Logistics is preferred
  • Fluency English and Korean (written and spoken)
  • At least 2 years of work experience in a similar role (logistic specialist/ logistic administrator)
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Work experience with Exact Online or/ other ERP systems
  • Driver's license
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Available for full-time employment (40 hours per week)
  • You live in Amsterdam region
  • You must have a valid working permit and a residence permit for the Netherlands


Working conditions

  • Start Date: As soon as possible
  • This is a long term position and full time 40 hours
  • The salary is between EUR 3000 - EUR 4000 per month gross, based on full time (the salary is depending on work experience and education)
  • Our client offers an initial one-year employment contract, with the possibility of extension based on performance 
  • Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (including a 30-minute lunch break)
  • Work Location: On-site at our Amsterdam office for the initial three months. Thereafter, one remote workday per week is permitted.

With a strong international presence through offices and distribution partners worldwide, the company is experiencing ongoing growth. As a result of this expansion, they are looking to strengthen their accounting team with additional support.You will join the international team in Amsterdam.
