About the roleIn this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for designated luxury retail stores and oversee daily account activities. This is an office-based position.
  • Monitor Orders & Deliveries: Track all outstanding items for customer accounts, including product orders, to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Inventory & Order Recommendations: Assess current inventory levels and advise customers on optimal order placement.
  • Procurement Support: Assist in acquiring necessary goods and services.
  • Billing & Receivables: Coordinate with the Finance department to resolve billing issues and manage overdue payments.
  • Supplier Coordination: Collaborate with Account Managers, Account Executives, and Customer Service Coordinators to gather supplier details, including costs, availability, and delivery schedules.
  • Data & Analysis: Prepare cross-departmental reports for forecasting, profitability analysis, and usage trends, using strategic insights to guide decisions.
  • Account Manager Support: Provide day-to-day assistance to Account Managers, ensuring cohesive account management.

Requirements

Who are you?
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • 4+ years of experience in supply chain or logistics operations.
  • Familiarity with Incoterms.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with solid interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English and French (C1 level).
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Word), with comfort handling multiple currencies and time zones.
