Job description

As a Management Assistant, you will provide direct support to the Executive Board and the International Business Manager, who is responsible for driving the international expansion of the company’s e-commerce activities. You will ensure structure, efficiency, and smooth processes, allowing leadership to focus on strategy, global partnerships, and the further development of the online business.You will be a key connector in the organization: managing schedules, coordinating projects, and acting as a central point of communication between management, internal teams, and external stakeholders. Your organizational skills will help the company achieve its strategic objectives more efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide organizational and administrative support to the Executive Board and International Business Manager.
  • Prepare, organize, and take minutes during meetings, ensuring timely follow-up on action points.
  • Manage schedules, deadlines, and project progress.
  • Handle inbox management and internal communications.
  • Prepare reports and maintain documentation.
  • Contribute to the optimization of e-commerce processes and internal structures.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and spoken in English and Dutch
  • MBO+/HBO level of working and thinking.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with exposure to e-commerce.
  • Experience in management support and organizational processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools.
  • A proactive, independent, and detail-oriented mindset.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to set priorities effectively.
  • You have your own transportation
  • You have a valid working permit

Working conditions

  • one-year contract with the potential for a permanent position.
  • competitive salary between €2,800 and €3,500 gross per month, depending on experience.
  • 25 vacation days per year (based on a 40-hour workweek).
