As a Customer Care Representative:
  • You will be the first point of contact for customers through email, phone, WhatsApp and online chat
  • You work in close collaboration with the account manager of your product group, generate quotes and follow through on proposals
  • Adapt to customer needs, including problem solving in order to ensure customer satisfaction
  • You will advise them on their product choice, but also assist them with complaints or delivery questions. There is also a sales aspect in this role, where you'll help to follow up on hot-leads and turn them into an order!
  • you will also identify and solve structural issues or raise them internally in order to improve existing processes


  • Completed secondary education.
  • Exceptional communication skills and empathy.
  • Positive attitude and a team player mentality.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and adaptability.
  • Strong customer-centric mindset.
  • Enjoyment in engaging with customers via phone and email.
  • Already a couple of years (1+) recent customer service experience.
  • Proficiency in both German and English languages.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Salary from: €2600,-
Salary to: €3100,-

Company description

Our client is a very dynamic and young e-commerce company based in Moers. They design, print and advise on branded products for both B2B and B2C clients, although the bulk of their clients are other businesses. Their product line ranges from pens, notebooks and other office supplies to face-masks and hospitality products. They've existed for around 10 years and are already an established name in their market.
