Job description
Key responsibilities:- Provide primary support and solutions for customer inquiries through phone and email communications for internal and external customers.
- Provides complete resolution to customer inquiries and provides appropriate solutions for long-term customer satisfaction
- Delivers engaging customer interactions through various communication channels.
- Escalates involved or complex situations quickly and accurately to other team members, departments, or leadership
- Proactively identify process enhancements that will improve department results and efficiencies.
Requirements
- Background in customer-facing roles, either through studies (ideally supported by internships or part-time roles), or practical work experience in customer service, support, or trainee programs
- You display high productivity, program knowledge, expertise, sound decision-making, and proven ability to function autonomously.
- Willingness to take initiative and engage directly with customers (e.g. via phone)
- Function as a change leader by embracing change
- Flexible with tasks and hours to meet the department's and customers' needs
- Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
- Eagerness to grow within the company and commit long-term
- Solid understanding of one or more programs based on team alignment.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a personal, empathetic touch
- Ability to understand and follow operational processes
- Service-minded, with a clear focus on delivering high-quality customer support
- Skilled in identifying root causes of problems and implementing long-term solutions
- Goal-oriented and motivated to streamline and improve existing workflows
- Technically savvy and confident in using digital tools; able to train customers on systems when needed
- A mindset geared toward continuous learning, development, and collaboration
- For this multilingual role, fluency in Lithuanian is required, along with proficiency in either Polish and/or Dutch. Fluency in English is also a key requirement
