Office & HR Coordinator who thrives in a dynamic environment and is ready to take on a mix of administrative, organizational, and supportive tasks.
About the RoleAs an Office & HR Coordinator, you’ll be the go-to person for all things office management and provide crucial support to our HR team. This role is perfect for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and enjoys variety in their workday.
Your responsibilities will include:Office Management- Ordering office supplies and groceries.
- Ensuring the kitchen and coffee machines are clean and organized (including descaling as needed).
- Washing and refreshing towels, tea towels, and cleaning cloths.
- Managing the in-house apartment and booking hotel stays for visiting colleagues and guests.
- Acting as the primary contact for building and cleaning management.
- Organizing company events such as lunches, dinners, drinks, and the annual World Congress.
- Staying on top of health and safety (BHV certification is a plus; we can help you obtain it).
- Maintaining the Risk Inventory & Evaluation (RI&E) and serving as the head of BHV.
- Providing basic IT support.
- Assisting with monthly export declarations to the CBS (if applicable).
HR Support- Managing leave registrations (via Nmbrs).
- Overseeing the Sports Allowance Program.
- Supporting the HR Manager EMEA with administrative tasks.
- Registering and deregistering employees in our HR system (BambooHR).
- Managing NS Business Cards for commuting.
Requirements
Who Are We Looking For?- You have MBO+ or HBO-level education and a practical mindset.
- You’re fluent in Dutch and English with a relevant understanding local labor laws.
- You’re organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy keeping everything running smoothly.
- Having a BHV certificate is a plus, or you’re willing to get certified.
- Previous experience with administrative tasks and/or HR systems
