Job description

We are seeking a Sponsored Ads - Online Marketing & Price Manager to plan, manage, and optimize online advertising campaigns. You will play a key role in driving visibility and performance across multiple platforms, ensuring the best return on investment through data-driven decision-making and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sponsored advertising strategies, including keyword research, targeting, and ad copy creation
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance; adjust inputs to optimize reach, engagement, and conversions
• Manage advertising budgets and provide regular performance reports to internal stakeholders
• Optimize campaigns through A/B testing and continuous performance improvements
• Stay current with digital advertising trends and platform updates
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. marketing, sales, creative) to ensure campaign alignment and effectiveness

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent level of knowledge
• 1-2 years of experience in online advertising or digital marketing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with tools such as Google Ads and social media ad platforms
• Creative mindset with strong written communication skills
• Fluent in English

Candidates must currently reside in the Netherlands and hold a valid work permit.
