Print Production & Maintenance Specialist

Job description
We are looking for a Print Production & Maintenance Specialist who supports all production stages, from printing to packing, and helps maintain our workshop and facilities in top condition.In this role you will:
- Carry out screen printing, digital printing, and inspect printed materials for quality
- Perform converting tasks: weeding, plotting, and packing of digitally printed rolls and emblems
- Operate motion cutters to cut HTL sheets when needed
- Assist in incoming goods inspections and general quality control along the printing lines
- Support INK mixing and/or screen exposing operations as required
- Help the shipping department when additional hands are needed
- Undertake maintenance tasks on building, grounds, equipment, and installations
- Carry out minor technical repairs and report maintenance activities proactively.
Requirements
To be successful in this position, you should:- Speak English fluently (spoken & written)
- Be technically minded, hands-on, solution-oriented
- Be familiar with PMS and RAL colour systems
- Have a technical background – you know how to work with, operate, and maintain production machinery
- Preferably have experience or education in the graphics or printing industry
- Work cleanly and carefully, with a strong eye for detail
- Be stress-resistant and able to maintain an overview in busy, changing situations
- Have good teamwork skills, but also a sense of ownership and initiative
- Bring humour and a positive attitude to the workplace
Working conditions
- €2.600 - €3.800 gross per month based on 40 hours per week
- International setting and culture
- Travel costs are reimbursed for up to 40 km
Salary from: €2600,-
