Job description

What will you do?
You will work with the product engineering and marketing team. You will be the technical go-to expert supporting both the marketing and sales teams with in-depth product knowledge, market insights, and structured data. This is a role where your technical skills and analytical mindset will directly contribute to the success and positioning of the company products across multiple international markets.

• Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries from internal teams, dealers, and occasionally end customers.
• Leverage your technical background to build deep knowledge of company's portfolio, as well as competitor products and customer requirements across various European markets.
• Provide technical input for marketing content including datasheets, brochures, product comparisons, and digital campaigns.
• Conduct market and competitor analyses using technical specs, customer use cases, and pricing data.
• Translate customer needs into actionable technical solutions and provide structured support to product marketing and sales teams.
• Take part in product demonstrations, dealer training sessions, and represent at international trade shows and events.
• Maintain strong communication with engineering, R&D, and sales departments to ensure alignment and product knowledge sharing.

Requirements

Who are you?

• MBO or HBO degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Affinity with heavy machinery and a strong interest in technical product content.
• Up to 3 years of experience in a technical, commercial, or product support role in a B2B setting.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to clearly communicate technical information.
• Fluent in both Dutch and English; additional European languages such as German, French, or Italian are a plus.
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and capable of working independently within an international environment.

Working conditions

• This is a long term position, full time - 40 hours per week.
• The salary will be between EUR 3000 - EUR 4500 per month gross, based on full time (Please note: the salary is depending on the years of (industry) experience and education)
