Job description
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to lead cross-functional projects from initiation through to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects, assuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. You will coordinate internal resources, manage relationships with stakeholders, and ensure clear communication across teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure team members understand their roles.
- Monitor and track project progress.
- Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs.
- Report on project performance, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership.
- Ensure high-quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct post-project evaluations and identify lessons learned for future improvement.
Requirements
The supply chain professional we seek is an analytical and data minded person with these qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; master’s degree is a plus.
- 5–10 years of experience in supply chain, product launch management, demand planning, or transformation project management.
- Proven experience leading complex transformation initiatives.
- PMP, APICS (CPIM/CSCP), or Agile/Scrum certification is highly desirable.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise planning tools (SAP, Rapid Response, Anaplan, etc.) and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Fluent in English, both in verbal and written communication
- Experience in working in an international environment
- Experience in multi-disciplinary projects & change management
- Analytical / Data minded
- Customer focused, strong facilitator, action oriented and tech savvy.
