Job description
Program Leadership: Lead the rollout of a Repair service across EMEA, ensuring alignment with sustainability goals and compliance with the EU Right to Repair directive.
Strategic Planning & Execution: Define and implement the roadmap and operating model in collaboration with global and regional teams.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with business, sustainability, supply chain, and technology teams to deliver the program.
Stakeholder Engagement: Establish clear roles, responsibilities, and communication frameworks to ensure transparency and engagement.
Innovation & Requirements Gathering: Identify and define EMEA-specific use cases and requirements to support scalable, innovative solutions.
Performance Measurement: Develop KPIs and reporting frameworks to track consumer, environmental, and business impact.
Note: Initiative discovery and business case definition have been accomplished; the program manager will work with the ambition that has been defined and bring that to market in EMEA.
Requirements
Experience:- Proven track record in digital transformation, change management, or senior program management.
- Experience managing end-to-end program phases: setup, POC, pilot, and scale.
- Experience defining business cases, customer journeys, and use cases.
- Skilled in navigating complex, matrixed organizations.
- Strong decision-making skills with the ability to balance trade-offs and maximize ROI.
- Experience managing senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Skills:- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to convey complex topics clearly and without jargon.
- Strategic and critical thinker with a proactive, self-starting attitude.
- Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
- Culturally aware and sensitive to diverse teams and markets.
- Expertise in program governance, execution oversight, and continuous improvement.
Education & Certifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field; MBA preferred.
- PMP certification required.
- Strong understanding of relevant technologies and operational processes.
