Job description

What will you do?
  • Lead and develop sales activities in the BENELUX, with a focus on business-to-business (B2B) relationships in the HVAC, plumbing, and sanitary sectors.
  • Act as a commercial ambassador, identifying and engaging new clients through proactive prospecting and building long-term relationships.
  • Offer tailored technical advice and support to clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and trust.
  • Analyze market trends, monitor competitor activity, and collaborate with management to refine commercial strategies.
  • Drive revenue and margin growth in line with company objectives by implementing effective and measurable sales initiatives.
  • Work autonomously while maintaining regular reporting and alignment with the General Manager, who is based in France.

Requirements

Who are you?
  • Fluency in Dutch and English (additional: if you speak German and/ or Danish would be plus)
  • Proven experience in B2B sales within the HVAC, plumbing, sanitary, or renewable energy sectors.
  • Solid understanding of the market landscape in the Netherlands, with existing connections to key industry players being a strong must
  • Educational background in sales or technical fields (HVAC engineering or similar) is highly desirable.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a results-driven and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Ability to work independently, manage a sales territory effectively, and adapt to a dynamic and technical environment.

Working conditions

  • This is a long term position, based on full time (40 hours per week)
  • Permanent contract with executive-level status.
  • The salary is between EUR 5500,-- and EUR 7000,00 per month gross, based on full time. All depends on work experience and education. The salary is including holiday money 8%.
