Job description

Smart with data, strong in communication, and always one step ahead — that’s you. In this role, you support our sales teams in France and French-speaking Belgium by reviewing and optimizing deals, using your analytical mindset and commercial instinct to boost performance.
What you’ll do:

• Review and improve deals submitted by account managers
• Advise on deal structure, timing, and pricing based on data and market trends
• Act as a sparring partner for sales, offering insights and solutions
• Plan and schedule deals across various cities in your region
• Track local trends, seasonality, and consumer behavior
• Analyze performance data and help adjust strategies

Requirements

What is needed to be succesful in the position?

• You speak (and write) fluently French (on at least C1 level), and Dutch (on at least B1 level)
• This job is open for 24-40 hours per week
• You are commercially driven and stress-resistant
• You are convincing
• You have great communication skills

Working conditions

The client provides a salary based on your work experience, travel allowance, pension accrual, and 25 vacation days. You also get a 10% discount on the deals that the client is offering to its customers. Furthermore, the client offers outings, work outs at the office, massage during office hours and a fun work atmosphere.
