Job description

We are seeking a Senior Associate Finance to support financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities in a dynamic international environment. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial processes, supporting audits, and partnering with business functions to drive financial performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Support monthly, quarterly, and yearly closings, including analysis and reporting of operating and capital expenses.
• Prepare journal entries and perform variance analysis related to costing and accounting activities.
• Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and long-range financial planning.
• Partner with internal teams to implement and track productivity metrics.
• Provide financial insights to business stakeholders and support communication of trends and implications.
• Support internal and external audits and perform ad hoc financial duties as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an international setting.
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting, budgeting, and planning processes.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in SAP, Hyperion, and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Solid technical understanding of accounting systems and processes.
