Job description

We are seeking a Senior Associate Manufacturing – Operational Excellence to join the Team Compliance of the manufacturing site in Breda. In this role, you will support and lead deviation investigations, risk assessments, and documentation processes to ensure operational excellence and compliance with regulatory requirements in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead deviation investigations and ensure alignment with regulatory and internal compliance standards.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Manage and maintain documentation related to manufacturing processes and compliance.
  • Support investigations into material-related issues and manufacturing complaints.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency and compliance.
  • Provide training to manufacturing staff on compliance procedures and process controls.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Life Sciences, Biochemistry, Engineering, Manufacturing, QA).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to lead root cause investigations (major deviations).
  • Experience with GMP and risk assessment facilitation.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and coordinating people outside their team.
  • Ownership mindset and strong analytical thinking.
  • Yellow belt certification is a plus.

Working conditions

  • Hybrid position: work on-site in Breda two to three times per week.
  • Competitive salary package.
  • Travel expense reimbursement, dependent on distance.

Salary from: €4800,-
Salary to: €5100,-
