Job description

We are looking for a Senior Associate QA – Clinical Supply Chain to support the distribution and manufacturing processes of clinical trial products. In this role, you will ensure compliance with GMP/GDP standards, provide QA oversight for investigational medicines, and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to guarantee product quality and patient safety. This position is a temporary role covering a pregnancy and maternity leave of 6 months.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform batch record reviews to support QP certification of clinical trial materials.
• Review and approve clinical label artwork, SOPs, and minor deviations.
• Assess temperature excursions during transport and at clinical sites.
• Provide QA support on the production floor during packaging and labelling operations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Warehouse, Production, Quality, and Regulatory Affairs to resolve quality and compliance issues.
• Contribute to compliance reporting by preparing metrics and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences (or related field) with 2 years of experience in a GMP-regulated environment, or a Master’s degree
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with great attention to detail
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written

• Work on-site in Breda, full time. Part-time is not possible
