Job description

The Sales Manager is responsible for developing and managing key accounts and sales channels across the EMEA region, with a focus on achieving revenue goals and driving business growth. This role involves managing direct customer accounts as well as working with distributors to optimize market share and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies, activities, and objectives for the EMEA region to drive market share growth and maximize sales revenue and profitability.
  • Lead revenue development efforts and achieve established revenue targets.
  • Ensure that channel partners and distributors are aligned with strategic business objectives and provide comprehensive technical support to customers.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with channel partners to ensure effective representation of the company’s products and services to all customers.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of all identified business opportunities in the CRM system, ensuring that team members are informed of the progress of potential sales and ongoing projects.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Engineering, and Operations teams to provide input on the development of new products that meet market trends and customer needs.
  • Prepare and manage quarterly and annual territory/customer revenue forecasts to align with the company’s growth objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science, with a background in technical sales, including experience in managing sales channels and distributors.
  • Over 5 years of experience in technical sales within one of the following industries:
    • Flow and/or environmental sensor industry
    • Semiconductor industry
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships across various business sectors.
  • Strong customer focus with a dedication to delivering exceptional service.
  • Keen focus on closing deals and achieving results
  • Highly proactive and a collaborative team player.
  • Willingness to travel extensively both domestically and internationally. Travelling can take up to 40% of the job
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; some knowledge of the German language is also required

A full time job in a passionate, fast growing company. Our client offers a direct contract with the company and a great bonus scheme. They also offer flexibility in hybrid working.
Salary from: €6000,-
Salary to: €7000,-
