Job description

In this impactful role, you will oversee and continuously improve supplier master data processes, safeguard data integrity, and help drive fraud prevention initiatives. You will be a central contact and thought leader in supplier data management—both in daily operations and in strategic, international projects.
  • Standardization & Structure: Help develop and roll out consistent supplier master data standards across the company worldwide
  • Process Improvement: Lead initiatives to streamline and digitize supplier data processes using modern tools and approaches.
  • Security & Compliance: Play a critical role in strengthening fraud prevention and digital transformation initiatives
  • Collaboration & Ownership: Act as the main point of contact for supplier data processes. Work closely with internal stakeholders and support operational teams across entities.

Requirements

Key Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent (HBO or higher) in a relevant field.
  • Several years of experience in process or project management, ideally in an international setting.
  • Strong analytical skills with a passion for optimizing business processes.
  • Solid knowledge of Excel and an affinity for digital tools; experience with SAP and Business Intelligence (BI) tools is a plus.
  • Availability for 32 or 40 hours per week.
  • Fluent in German, with good command of English (spoken and written).
  • You live in the den Bosch area.
