Job description
As a Supply Chain Executive you will be responsible for following up on contracts with your clients. This involves, preparing, planning and booking transport.Furthermore, your tasks include:
- Coordinate the execution of purchase contracts and oversee logistics operations.
- Serve as an internal resource for customs, regulations, and documentation requirements.
- Manage documentation accurately and handle invoicing processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and external stakeholders.
- Address minor non-conformities and claims efficiently.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
- 1+ years of experience in supply chain or logistics
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems; knowledge of Dynamics is a plus.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish and/or French preferred
Working conditions
Benefits:- a 7 month contract followed by a 1 year contract, and afterwards a permanent contract
- hybrid working after 7 months
- travel allowance: 23 cents per km for 50 km one-way
- 26 holidays (excluding national holidays)
