Job description

As the Lead, Supply Chain SEC, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the business transformation by enabling new capabilities delivered through Strategic Enterprise Capability (SEC) programs and related initiatives. You will leverage your expertise in supply chain operations, project management, and cross-functional leadership to ensure readiness across people, processes, and technology. Your work will directly contribute to achieving operational KPIs in service, convenience, sustainability, and profitability.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the implementation of new supply chain capabilities across EMEA, ensuring seamless readiness in people, processes, and technology through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Apply your knowledge in supply chain planning, operations, and project management to deliver program and solution outcomes that align with strategic business objectives.
  • Identify and map critical end-to-end business processes requiring transformation to fully leverage new enterprise capabilities.
  • Develop business and impact assessment plans, and contribute to deployment readiness and roadmaps in partnership with the core program team.
  • Collaborate with supply chain leaders to create and execute detailed testing plans for new capabilities, focusing on performance and operational excellence.
  • Provide subject matter expertise across the EMEA supply chain, addressing key business needs with flexibility and precision.
  • Contribute to defining acceptance criteria for new capabilities, ensuring alignment between business and technical teams.
  • Support solution deployment plans, including end-user and performance testing, cutover readiness, and post-implementation support.
  • Champion business engagement throughout all phases of SEC programs, from solution design to delivery, fostering advocacy and ownership among stakeholders.

Requirements

What do we expect from you?
  • Expertise in supply chain planning, operations, and end-to-end performance management.
  • Strong project and process management skills with an analytical mindset.
  • Proven experience in leading and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to provide expertise in critical business areas within the EMEA supply chain.
  • Technical program experience, particularly in ERP systems (e.g., SAP), is a plus.

Working conditions

This concerns a temporary role for a maternity cover, for 40 hours a week. We offer a competitive salary depending on experience.
Salary from: €5500,-
