Job description

Our client is seeking a Warehouse Logistics Coordinator to manage the efficient flow of goods and materials within their organization. In this role, you will be responsible for:

• coordinating shipments, receiving deliveries, and preparing items for both domestic and international transport.
• You will work closely with global shipping partners, follow Incoterms guidelines, and maintain compliance with international trade regulations.
• Receiving goods, warehouse management, and organizing shipments.
• Additional responsibilities include managing warehouse organization, processing orders in the ERP system, and performing various administrative duties to support smooth logistics operations.
• You'll also maintain organization and cleanliness in the warehouse
• Performing physical tasks, including lifting and carrying materials, to support daily warehouse operations.

You will start with the guidance of three experienced colleagues who currently oversee these processes. Hands-on warehouse work will make up the largest part in the beginning; once the candidate is fully trained, the tasks will be reorganized, and the administrative portion will become more significant.

Requirements

Our ideal candidate brings:

• Excellent administrative skills and a keen eye for detail
• Experience in (warehouse) logistics operations and administrative tasks, ideally in an international context
• Knowledge of international shipping standards and documentation
• A problem-solving approach and a technical mindset
• Physical fitness to handle warehouse tasks when needed
• A valid driver’s license (having access to a car is a plus)
• MBO level 4 (or similar) education or work experience
• You are located in the Eindhoven area. Candidates that are located far outside this area will not be considered.
• Strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken, to work effectively with global partners
