In 2025 we hosted an Expert Talk Series focused on how to navigate international DEI regulations, retain global talent, and foster truly inclusive company cultures. Wendy Broersen from Superpeople Company shared helpful tips for gaining more success with your DEI programs, from navigating international regulations to dealing with microaggressions. The first session in our series focused on navigating the international rules and regulations surrounding diversity and inclusion. We explored the complexities of international DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) compliance and discussed how organizations can ensure they meet legal requirements while still creating a warm, welcoming environment for their international employees.

Part 2: Retaining International Talent: Talent management taken to another level

The second session in our series centered on advanced strategies for developing and retaining international talent. We explored innovative approaches such as reverse mentoring, equity programs, and specialized ambition initiatives designed to meet the unique needs of international employees. Plus, took a look at how companies can create long-term engagement and growth opportunities, ensuring that international professionals not only join their teams but also thrive and build meaningful careers within them.
