Job description

General Support
  • Perform normal office functions, including setting up and maintaining files.
  • Interview callers and make appropriate referrals.
  • Arrange meetings and conferences.
  • Receive, refer, or answer mail.
  • Review drafts and finished documents for appropriate grammatical usage.
  • Answer questions relating to office operations and established policies and procedures.
  • Gather, compile, and report on information relevant to supervisor assignments.
  • Prepare expense reports and purchase orders.
  • Maintain office supplies.
  • Update organizational charts.
  • Coordinate department or equipment moves.
Reception
  • Respond tactfully and promptly to inquiries and problems within scope of established authority.
  • Handle confidential information.
  • Serve as the central contact for general department information.
Logistics
  • Coordinate a full range of meeting, event, and travel arrangements.
  • Manage calendars.
  • Work with internal and external contacts regarding venue requirements and selection, room setup, catering, and materials delivery.
  • Utilize online reservation systems to ensure travel policies are followed and cost-effective, convenient travel arrangements are provided.
  • Work with travel agents, airlines, and others regarding planning and customer service issues.
Presentations
  • Utilize computer skills to create high-quality graphic and text presentations, often under tight timeframes.
  • Interpret needs and determine effective presentation layouts.
  • Organize and produce final presentation documents.
  • Prepare special reports requiring the selection of relevant information from a variety of sources.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of similar work experience and a bachelor degree. Those with a high school diploma and 3-5 years of relevant work experience may also apply
  • You currently live near Hilversum
  • Full time availability
  • Start & end date: 1 July until 31 December.

Working conditions

Contract via Undutchables and competitive secondary benefits.
