Job description
We are looking for an Associate QA to join the Incoming Quality Assurance team in Breda. In this role, you will play a key role in ensuring that all incoming materials meet quality and compliance standards before entering production. You will work closely with colleagues from Quality, Warehouse, Supply Chain and suppliers to support the smooth and compliant flow of materials into the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Perform sampling, inspection, review, and release of incoming materials, including printed and non-printed packaging components
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and quality standards
- Conduct damage inspections and additional sampling where needed
- Collect and analyze data, follow up with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve quality issues
- Provide QA oversight for incoming goods receiving processes
Requirements
- MBO, Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences or a related field, or equivalent experience
- At least three years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control
- Familiarity with GMP and GDP standards
- Comfortable working with digital systems such as ERP (e.g., SAP)
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently and escalate issues when necessary
- Collaborative mindset and team-oriented approach
