Job description

Our client is looking for an experienced, organized, proactive, and friendly team player to take on a mix of office support tasks. In this role, you’ll handle all administrative, secretarial and other support related activities including managing internal meetings. It’s a hands-on position where no two days are the same — perfect for someone who’s flexible, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
This position will be supporting the team while a key member is on leave. The expected contract length is 32 weeks.
Key Responsibilities
  • Take care of general administrative and front office duties.
  • Recruitment activities, such as providing feedback and scheduling.
  • Support the International Leadership team in their daily business responsibilities: coordinate meetings and conference calls, organize travel and accommodation in collaboration with the HR and Admin team.
  • Coordinate customer and internal team meetings, book rooms, and manage logistics.
  • Support colleagues with scheduling, expense processing, visa applications, presentation formatting, and calendar management.
  • Arrange travel and accommodation for the team, sometimes for complex itineraries.
  • Help plan and deliver onsite and offsite meetings and events, working closely with internal teams.
  • Support compliance activities in collaboration with the Legal department.
  • Pitch in on other tasks and projects to help the business run smoothly.

Requirements

To be successful in this position, a can-do and supportive attitude is required. You should be quick to learn and have an understanding of how a highly regulated business works. Next to this, here are some hard requirements:
  • General office administration experience, preferably with an event organizing (5+ years);
  • Excellent (C2) verbal and written communication in English; Additional language skills are useful: Dutch, German, French, Spanish or Italian
  • Familiarity with Excel;
  • Living within commutable distance from Amersfoort (within 30 minutes) and willing and able to travel to the Amersfoort office daily;
  • Valid work permit for the Netherlands;

Working conditions

For this role, we start with a temporary contract, with the potential to learn in a highly regulated and fast-paced industry. During this period, you would be on an Undutchables contract. Long term possibilities are not totally clear yet, but there is a big chance the role will be there for the long term.
Salary from: €3500,-
Salary to: €4000,-
