Job description
Our client is looking for a five-month temporary cover (
from December 1st to April 27th 2026) for their Customer Care team, acting as a main POC for internal and external communication for the office:
- Manage all incoming mail, telephone calls, and onsite visitors;
- Arrange quotations, orders, samples, and invoices;
- Handle client questions and issues. Proactively think alongside them concerning issues and requests;
- Keep a good overview on delivery schedules and manage the transport of client orders globally;
- Support the logistics, production, and lab teams where needed
Requirements
- Fluent English and B1+ Dutch; German is also advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Proactive, focused, organized, and flexible
- Outstanding multitasker and ability to problem-solve well in a busy environment
- Previous experience in an administrative, sales support, or other relevant commercial role
- Valid work permit for the Netherlands and residency in the Almere area (or nearby, ideally with a car to reduce travel time)
- Full availability for the period from December 1st to April 27th 2026 (with potential flexibility for changes in the official start and end date)
Working conditions
- 25 vacation days
- 32-40 hours a week
- 33 - 39k gross per year, based on fulltime, including 8% holiday pay
- Pension plan
- Partial travel reimbursement (EUR 0,23 per km, with a cut off at 35 km distance)
- Ability to work fully onsite

- Direct contract with company (temporary)
Salary from: €2500,-
Salary to: €3100,-
