Job description
This is a Customer Success role owning a portfolio of accounts across the EUR region and wider EMEA markets, with a focus on M&A, Deals, and corporate transactions. You’ll be the trusted advisor clients call when the deal gets complicated. With the use of AI is how you’ll stay always one step ahead.
Own your customer portfolioLead customer meetings with LLM-built account briefs and stakeholder context already in hand.
Drive adoption and engagement across your accounts, with AI copilots flagging adoption gaps and churn risk signals before they escalate.
Own growth and retention through customer enablement, relationship management, and advocacy.
Deliver QBRs and success reviews grounded in usage and outcome data.
Be the trusted advisorGuide, educate, and train new users on the companies platform to meet their specific business requirements and requests.
Partner with the Sales team on pricing, negotiations, and value articulation. Demonstrating commercial benefit to clients across EUR and EMEA.
Build and maintain deep knowledge of M&A, Deals, and Procure so you can position the companies value with confidence.
Connect the dots across the businessAct as the internal "Voice of Customer" with different LLMs helping you synthesise themes and feedback across conversations into clear signals for the Product team.
Collaborate internally with Marketing, Sales, other CSMs, and Support to align on account strategy and customer experience.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English is a must! (additional European languages are a plus).
- 2+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar role in tech or SaaS.
- Background in financial services, investment banking, legal, or corporate finance is a strong advantage.
- Proven track record of growing and retaining accounts.
- Confident communicator at all levels, both junior users to executive stakeholders.
- Experience with CRM systems and a data-driven approach to relationship management.
- AI fluency: You use LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) daily for work. Think of account prep, customer comms, QBR builds, and portfolio analysis.
- The candidate must already be living in the Netherlands. Bonus if you live in the Amsterdam region.
- The candidate must hold unrestricted working rights in the Netherlands. The company can not support with relocation and immigration.
- The candidate must be able and willing to travel as required for work.
