Job description
Our client is looking for a Customer Success Manager to manage and develop a portfolio of Real Estate customers. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for your clients and ensure they receive the highest level of service and support throughout their customer journey.
You will build strong relationships, gain a deep understanding of each customer's business, and work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth processes, excellent service delivery, and customer satisfaction. You will also identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and share these with the Business Development team, who are responsible for the commercial side of the business.
Your responsibilities include:
• Managing and developing long-term customer relationships.• Supporting new customers during the onboarding process together with the implementation team.• Understanding customer goals, workflows, and business needs.• Monitoring customer satisfaction, service quality, and delivery performance.• Coordinating customer requests with internal operational, technical, and quality teams.• Identifying potential risks and ensuring timely follow-up.• Recognising opportunities for account growth and sharing these with the Business Development team.• Preparing customer forecasts and communicating expected volume changes internally.• Organising regular customer meetings and business reviews.• Collecting customer feedback and contributing to continuous improvements in products, services, and processes.
Requirements
Our client is looking for someone who enjoys working with customers, takes ownership, and feels comfortable in a dynamic international environment.
The ideal candidate has:
•
German language skills at C2 level, excellent English communication skills +
Dutch language skills at a minimum of
B2 level.• A strong
affinity with photography, digital imaging, image editing, and Adobe Photoshop. Knowledge or experience in this field is essential as it will help you understand the customers and their business.
•
Experience in Customer Success, Support, Client Services, or a similar
customer-facing position.• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive and organised working style.
• The ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and priorities.
• Good digital skills and an interest in working with technical workflows.
Working conditions
• A direct contract with the hiring company.• A salary between €3,500 and €4,000 gross per month, based on full-time employment.• A hybrid working model with 4 days in the Haarlem office and 1 day working from home- after the onboarding period• The opportunity to join a successful and growing international organisation.• A collaborative team of driven, international and motivated colleagues.• A varied role with plenty of customer contact, responsibility, and room for personal and professional development.• Daily lunch, refreshments, and regular team activities.
