Customer Support Representative

Job description
In this role, you'll be a key link between the company and its customers and partners. You’ll handle a variety of customer care tasks, ensuring smooth order processing and effective communication across departments.
Key Responsibilities:- Managing the complete order process: quotes, entry, confirmation, invoicing, and documentation.
- Responding to customer and supplier inquiries via phone and email.
- Supporting inventory coordination by monitoring stock levels and reorders.
- Maintaining accurate records, both digitally and physically.
- Collaborating with internal teams such as logistics and sales to ensure service continuity.
- Updating pricing and product details in internal systems.
Requirements
- MBO+ level education or similar experience.
- Background in a customer service or administrative role.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.
- Fluent in English; Dutch or French is a plus.
- Accurate, efficient, and comfortable working under pressure.
