Campaign Manager

Job description
You will:- Collect campaign ideas, briefs, and input from internal stakeholders and coordinate with external partners when needed
- Translate ideas into structured campaign plans, including clear timelines, deliverables, and ownership
- Lead project planning and ensure alignment across Marketing, Development, and other teams
- Check in with the dev team on technical requirements, timelines, and dependencies
- Monitor campaign progress, flag issues early, and help remove blockers
- Ensure campaigns go live smoothly, meet quality standards, and align with brand guidelines
- Continuously look for ways to improve processes and elevate campaign impact
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
- 2+ years of experience in Email Marketing, Marketing Strategy, or related roles within e-commerce or retail, with a focus on customer engagement and business growth.
- Proven ability to develop and implement successful marketing strategies that drive commercial results.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for working cross-functionally and managing stakeholder relationships.
Working conditions
