Job description
- Execute and optimize email campaigns by defining clear objectives, KPIs, and success metrics, and report on performance to relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor industry trends and innovations to continuously improve email marketing strategies and ensure relevance and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build strong cases for new campaign ideas and initiatives that support business and product goals.
- Coordinate closely with the Product Owner and other teams to ensure all campaigns are supported with the right tools, assets, and technical setup.
- Improve customer engagement through effective segmentation, personalization, and use of dynamic content across the customer journey.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
- 2+ years of experience in Email Marketing, Marketing Strategy, or related roles within e-commerce or retail, with a focus on customer engagement and business growth.
- Proven ability to develop and implement successful marketing strategies that drive commercial results.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for working cross-functionally and managing stakeholder relationships.
Working conditions
