Job description
Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated FP&A Associate to join their global finance team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting financial planning, analysis, and reporting to drive business performance and strategic decision-making across operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term strategic plans.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics.
- Support monthly and quarterly financial reporting, including variance analysis.
- Collaborate with teams across departments to gather and validate financial data.
- Identify financial risks and opportunities, providing actionable insights.
For this position you should already reside near Venlo.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a global or e-commerce environment.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with expertise in financial modeling.
- Proficiency in financial planning software, ERP systems, and data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Basic knowledge of global markets and sales channels is a plus.
