International Logistics Coordinator

Job description

As part of a team of experienced colleagues, you’ll be responsible for managing the whole logistics and export processes. You act as a link between the supplier and the customer. Here are some of your specific tasks:

• Coordinating import and export documentation, invoicing, and bank documents (often involving letters of credit or collections).
• Communicating directly with business partners such as producers, transport companies, inspection agencies, warehouses, customs offices, banks, and customers.
• Continuously improving and streamlining processes to enhance service and reduce risks and costs.

Requirements

To be successful in this team, you should have an organized and on-top-of-things attitude, while maintaining and customer-focused mindset. You love problem solving and are not afraid to speak your mind. Next to this, here are some hard requirements:

• Professional level of English and a B2+ level of Dutch.
• Professional level of any European language (French, German or Spanish are a big plus!).
• A relevant higher education degree (e.g., Logistics or International Business).
• Availability for at least four days per week.
