Job description
As our new Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the sales team through a wide range of dynamic and engaging tasks. Your main responsibilities will include:- Sending product samples to prospective customers
- Managing and providing support to our existing customer base
- Assisting sales managers with the coordination of key accounts
- Researching and reaching out to new leads for our lecithin products
- Confidently making and receiving calls with customers and potential clients
- Sourcing and negotiating the purchase of office and production-related supplies
- Organising meetings with customers and suppliers
- Supporting marketing initiatives and campaigns
- Collaborating with colleagues across departments when needed
Requirements
Who You AreWe're looking for someone proactive, organized, and eager to grow within our team:- Fluent in English (spoken and written); Business fluency in Dutch, French, or German is a strong advantage
- Some prior experience in sales
- Confident communicating with customers and external partners by phone
- Self-motivated and diligent in your work
- Reliable, proactive, and able to take initiative
- A collaborative team player who’s always ready to support others
- Adaptable and comfortable with a varied set of responsibilities
- Looking for a long-term role with opportunities for growth
- Learn from a team with extensive experience in the food, feed, and cosmetics sectors
- Be part of an international and fast-paced business environment
- Work directly with the company founders, with quick decision-making processes

Working conditions
- A salary between €2.500 - €2.800 per month
