Job description
Responsibilities:Personal Assistant to CEO (50%)- Manage CEO’s calendar and travel
- Handle CEO’s signatures and contract couriers
- Prepare meeting materials and itineraries
Administrative Support to Champions League (40%)- Oversee DocuSign and file documents
- Provide light IT support
- Book travel for team members without corporate cards
- Assist with onboarding new hires/consultants
- Organize group travel for congresses
Headquarters Office Receptionist (10%)- Greet guests and assist with meetings
- Maintain office supplies and book meeting rooms
- Help organize HQ events and handle holiday gifts
Requirements
Your profile to be success in this role :
- 5-10 years of experience supporting C-level executives is essential
- Fluent in English with advanced proficiency in both written and spoken communication
- Highly proactive, with the ability to take initiative and drive tasks forward
- Adaptable and able to seamlessly transition between diverse tasks and priorities
- Consistently organized and able to stay on top of responsibilities
- Persistent and determined, with a strong resolve to see tasks through to completion
- Tech-savvy, comfortable using a wide range of tools and systems (training will not be provided for basic tech skills)
- On-site at the Amsterdam headquarters five days a week
