Job description

Our client is looking for a Platform Operations Specialist to join its EMEA Digital Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end operational execution of digital product launches and seasonal assortment readiness across EMEA.You will work at the intersection of Digital Commerce, Merchandising, Planning, Marketing, Technology and Supply Chain, ensuring that products, digital assets and inventory are ready for a seamless consumer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end operational execution of product launches across EMEA.
  • Drive assortment readiness, including third-party products (3PP), using business and operational insights.
  • Ensure accurate product activation, deactivation, grouping and attribution across digital platforms.
  • Coordinate the timely delivery of digital assets and inventory with Planning, Merchandising, Brand and other cross-functional teams.
  • Identify potential operational risks and coordinate with regional and global stakeholders to resolve them.
  • Own and execute exclusive launch experiences designed to increase consumer engagement and demand.
  • Participate in key trade meetings and seasonal planning milestones as the primary Platform Operations point of contact.
  • Provide operational insights and ensure the successful delivery of strategic business priorities.
  • Continuously improve workflows and operational processes to increase efficiency, accuracy and accountability.
  • Use data and digital tools to support decision-making and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Manage donation-related operations, including tracking, order management, data management and reporting.
  • Coordinate product donation activities, including kitting strategies, forecasting, booking and shipping through SAP.
  • Maintain accurate donation records and reporting through relevant databases and communicate updates to internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage productive partnerships that maximize the social and environmental impact of relevant programs.
  • Communicate operational plans and initiatives effectively across a complex, international and cross-functional organization.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years direct experience in a relevant operational, ecommerce or digital commerce environment.
  • Experience in direct-to-consumer retail ecommerce, particularly with a focus on operational process improvement, is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, with strong presentation and meeting facilitation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
  • Ability to quickly learn and navigate new systems and digital tools.
  • Experience with SAP is an advantage; experience with Airtable or similar operational platforms is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to support decisions and improve processes.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within diverse, cross-functional and international teams.
  • Proactive, self-motivated and quality-focused approach to work.
  • Positive and energetic attitude with a genuine interest in ecommerce, retail, sport and fashion.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Flexibility to support business needs outside standard working hours, including weekends and holidays when required.
  • Currently residing in Hilversum or the surrounding area.

Working conditions

Salary from: €4200,-
Salary to: €5000,-
