Job description

For one of our international clients operating in the retail display and in-store marketing industry, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager. This is a key role focused on managing complex, end-to-end projects for a major international brand account.
You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams across multiple countries, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and in line with brand and retailer guidelines.
Your responsibilities:

• Lead and manage projects from kickoff through production and in-store implementation
• Act as the main point of contact for the client and internal stakeholders
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including design, engineering, production, and operations
• Manage timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables across multiple projects
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and retailer visual merchandising guidelines
• Continuously improve project management processes and ways of working
• Proactively identify risks, challenges, and opportunities for improvement

Requirements

• Proven experience as a project or account manager within the retail display / POS / visual merchandising industry (this is essential)
• Strong experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects from start to finish
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable working in an international, cross-cultural environment
• Structured, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a hands-on mindset
• Fluent in English (C1+); Dutch and/or German is a plus but not required.

Working conditions

• Full-time position (40 hours per week)
• Start date ASAP
• Location: Uithoorn area (office-based role and not easily accessible by public transport; thus a car is required)
• Fully onsite work
• Competitive salary around €4.000 - 4,200 gross per month
• Annual bonus
• 28 vacation days
• 8% holiday allowance
• Pension scheme
• Commuter travel compensation
• One-year contract (direct with client) with the intention to extend
