Job description
- Lead and manage a team of 2 buyers, ensuring efficient procurement of food products.
- Align purchasing strategy with the sales team to meet market demand and customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate the best terms.
- Analyze market trends to source high-quality products at competitive prices.
- Ensure stock levels align with sales forecasts and avoid overstocking or shortages.
- Collaborate closely with sales, logistics, and finance departments to optimize the supply chain.
Requirements
- Fluency in Arabic and English
- Proven track record in procurement within the food or FMCG industry.
- Leadership skills to effectively manage and guide the purchasing team.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess market trends and product quality.
- You are located close to Katwijk (Noord Brabant)
- Full-time availability in the office
Working conditions
