Job description
As a Sales Business Representative, your mission is to drive new business and revenue growth by identifying opportunities, connecting with potential clients, and positioning our solutions as the best fit for their needs. You’ll be part of a high-energy team that thrives on building strong relationships, adapting to a dynamic market, and consistently meeting ambitious goals.
What you’ll do
- Proactively engage and nurture outbound leads to convert them into active opportunities.
- Use CRM tools to track and manage your sales pipeline efficiently.
- Reach out to prospects through multiple channels (phone, email, social media).
- Communicate a compelling value proposition that sparks curiosity and interest.
- Tailor your approach using market insights and trends to maximize conversion.
- Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and share feedback for optimization.
- Analyze performance data to refine your outreach and continuously improve results.
- Contribute to expanding our presence in target markets by exploring new tactics and strategies.
Requirements
- Fluent command of German & English (C1/C2)
- 1–3 years of proven experience in sales or business development.
- Previous exposure and experience working on SaaS and/or hospitality.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Confident in using CRM systems and sales/marketing tools.
- A proactive, resilient, and results-driven mindset.
- Analytical thinking with the ability to use data to shape strategy.
- Track record of hitting and exceeding targets.
