Job description
In this role, you work in a B2B environment and support the process after a deal is closed: checking sales orders, coordinating internally with operations and logistics, and making sure everything is processed correctly and on time. This is a hands-on, junior–medior role for someone with experience in sales support or commercial operations.
Responsibilities- Check and process sales orders in internal systems
- Support the sales team with administrative and operational follow-up
- Coordinate with operations and logistics teams on execution and planning
- Prepare basic documentation (forms, labels, order details)
- Handle repair / return orders and internal queries by email or phone
Requirements
Here's what we're looking for:
- You have 1-2 years of experience in a comparable role, i.e. Sales Support or B2B admin
- You speak excellent English
- You are available 40 hours a week;
- You are accurate, efficient, well-organized, and stress resistant
Please note that visa sponsorship is not available for this role. Candidates must already be eligible to work in the Netherlands and be based in or near Nijmegen.

Salary from: €2800,-
Salary to: €3000,-
