Job description
We are seeking a Senior Executive Assistant – Operations to support the Site Lead and Leadership Team at the Breda site. In this high-impact role, you will act as the trusted partner to senior executives, ensuring smooth coordination, effective communication, and seamless execution of business-critical tasks. You will play a pivotal role in enabling leadership success by anticipating needs, managing complexity, and representing the company with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities- Provide proactive and autonomous executive support to the Site Lead and Leadership Team.
- Plan and coordinate internal and external events, including high-level meetings, site visits, and celebrations.
- Lead internal communications initiatives, drafting announcements, newsletters, and presentations in alignment with corporate standards.
- Manage office operations and coordinate with other assistants, offering guidance where required.
- Oversee financial and administrative processes, including invoicing and payments.
- Professionally represent the organization when hosting internal and external visitors.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in administrative roles, including at least 5 years supporting senior executives.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex schedules, communications, and priorities independently.
- Strong organizational and planning skills, with a high attention to detail and structured mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Dutch.
- Experience within a multinational, scientific, or regulated environment.
- Cultural adaptability and strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
Preferred qualifications:- Experience leading or mentoring other assistants.
- Familiarity with areas such as logistics, clinical research, or safety.
- Strong interpersonal skills — confident, approachable, and able to build trust quickly.
Working conditions
- Hybrid position: on-site presence in Breda two to three times per week.
- Competitive salary package.
- Travel expense reimbursement, dependent on distance.

Salary from: €4200,-
