Job description
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager Technology to lead and deliver technology-driven projects that support strategic goals in a biotechnology environment. In this role, you will manage project planning, execution, and resource allocation while ensuring quality and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end delivery of technology projects, ensuring timelines, scope, and budgets are met.
- Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and alignment with project objectives.
- Communicate project progress, risks, and milestones clearly to all stakeholders.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation plans to maintain project continuity.
- Allocate resources effectively to optimize project outcomes.
- Drive technological innovation by adopting new tools and methodologies to improve project efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Engineering, Project Management, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- At least 10 years of project management experience in a technology-focused environment; biotech or healthcare industry experience is a plus.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- PMP, Prince2, or similar certification highly desirable.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards relevant to biotechnology or healthcare.
