Job description

In this role, you will be part of the Marketplace Supply Chain team and take responsibility for supply chain activities within your assigned scope. You will oversee the process from order entry through to product delivery, coordinate with internal teams and external partners, and step in when operational challenges or exceptions occur.This is a hands-on operational position, but you will also look beyond day-to-day execution. You will identify opportunities to streamline processes, use data and existing tools to generate insights, and contribute to improvements across the supply chain. Your responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and support the end-to-end supply chain process, from order entry through to product delivery.
  • Take ownership of the supply chain process steps within your assigned scope and ensure accurate and timely execution.
  • Work across different supply chain and logistics areas, including planning, order management, operations and product delivery.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned internal stakeholders and external marketplace partners.
  • Manage relationships with customers and other relevant internal and external partners.
  • Monitor supply chain performance and proactively identify potential issues, delays or process exceptions.
  • Coordinate solutions when orders, deliveries or other supply chain activities do not go according to plan.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of key commercial and marketplace activities.
  • Navigate account-specific complexities and balance customer requirements with internal operational priorities.
  • Use available systems, processes and data to generate insights and support operational decision-making.
  • Translate insights into practical actions that improve service and supply chain performance.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and improve existing processes.
  • Support broader supply chain initiatives and contribute to the development of new or improved supply chain capabilities.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the commercial and financial impact of supply chain decisions.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree, preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations or a related field.
  • Approximately 2–4 years of directly relevant professional experience in supply chain, logistics, order management or a related operational environment.
  • Experience with supply chain planning and/or supply chain operations.
  • Understanding of multiple elements of the supply chain, such as planning, order management, logistics, product delivery and operations.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role or managing relationships with external business partners.
  • Strong stakeholder-management skills and the ability to influence and coordinate cross-functional teams.
  • Good commercial and financial understanding.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data and operational information into actionable insights.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational challenges.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic and complex international environment.
  • A continuous-improvement mindset and an interest in making processes more efficient.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

Working conditions

Contract via Undutchables and competitive secondary benefits.

Salary from: €3900,-
Salary to: €4050,-
