Job description
What will be your responsibilities?For this role you will support clients in the DACH regio. Responsibilities include:- Independently manage and guide local installers on complex installations for both national and international projects.
- Ensure successful implementation of projects through effective leadership and coordination.
- Act as the primary contact during the technical implementation of projects, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.
- Specialize in both hardware and software, sharing technical expertise with internal teams and external partners.
- Work on new projects and enhance existing setups for global clients.
- Prepare project plans, create technical drawings, and support project managers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure seamless hardware integration with clients, resolving complex issues as they arise.
- Guide installation partners both domestically and internationally, ensuring proper execution of tasks.
- Advise and train installation partners and furniture builders to maintain high standards of work quality.
- Approach challenges with a proactive attitude, always seeking innovative solutions.
- Willing to go the extra mile to support clients and colleagues, demonstrating dedication and commitment.
Requirements
Here is what we're looking for:- You have a degree in electrical engineering.
- Experience in a similar role, such as Project Engineer, particularly with international projects and access control systems.
- You are located in Germany OR the Netherlands
- Strong affinity for technology, ICT, and electrical engineering.
- Proficient in using Office software and 2D drawing software.
- Fluent in German and English. Dutch is a plus.
- Willingness to travel in the DACH region to visit clients
