Job description

Our client is looking for a proactive Customer Support Specialist to support their EMEAI team during a period of high workload. This is a temporary position based in The Hague, initially for 4 weeks with the possibility of extension, for 25 hours per week.


In this role, the candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth order processing, responding quickly to customer inquiries, and coordinating effectively with internal teams. They will play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting the continuous improvement of customer support processes.


Key responsibilities include:


Managing customer communication via email and phone regarding orders, pricing, and product inquiries
Processing and following up on orders in SAP
Handling customer issues, complaints, and claims in coordination with QA and logistics
Monitoring order progress and proactively addressing delays or issues
Supporting Sales and Supply Chain teams with customer-related activities
Maintaining accurate data in SAP and CRM systems (HubSpot)
Contributing to documentation and improvement of workflows and procedures

Requirements

The ideal candidate has a background in customer service within a B2B environment and is comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.


Requirements:

Fluent French and English (+ German is an advantage)
Proven customer service experience in a B2B environment
Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word; Excel is a plus)
Ability to document, structure, and maintain clear procedures and workflows
Strong multitasking skills and ability to prioritize effectively
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Hands-on and reliable, with the ability to quickly integrate into a team
Comfortable working in a team environment with initial guidance
Able to take ownership of tasks and gradually work independently
Strong attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset

Working conditions

Temporary, at least 4 weeks - possibility for extending
Starting immediately
Part time - 25 hours a week
Hybrid working - must be living in or near The Hague
Salary around EUR 15.50 per hour
Working on a agency contract




Salary from: €2600,-
Salary to: €2700,-
