What will you do?

As a Temporary SEO Specialist, you will take a proactive, hands-on approach to enhancing the company’s online visibility and organic search performance. You’ll conduct SEO audits, implement optimizations, and collaborate with digital and content teams to drive measurable improvements across multiple markets during a focused three-month project.Important: you are part of the Marketing team and you will be the only SEO Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive keyword research and identify ranking and content improvement opportunities.
• Conduct full SEO audits and directly implement on-page and technical optimizations.
• Enhance site structure, metadata, headings, and internal linking to boost crawlability and user experience.
• Collaborate with content teams to guide SEO-friendly content creation and updates.
• Monitor and report performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
• Identify and resolve technical SEO issues, including site speed, crawl errors, and indexing problems.
• Track competitor SEO activities and provide actionable insights.
• Deliver regular progress reports and strategic recommendations.

Requirements

Who are you?

You are a results-driven SEO professional with a strong grasp of technical, on-page, and off-page SEO strategies. You enjoy working independently, thrive in international environments, and are confident in turning data into actionable insights.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in an international or multi-site setting.
• Deep understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
• Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
• Experience implementing SEO optimizations directly within CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Sitecore, etc.).
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional European languages are an advantage.
• You must live in Amsterdam region and hold a valid working permit & residence permit for the Netherlands
• Candidates who live abroad will not be considered

Working conditions

• This is a temporary & part time (3 days per week) for about 3 months. (Depending on the business and your performance, the contract could be extended)
• Start Date: ASAP - November 2025.
• The salary is between EUR 3000 - EUR 3600 gross per month, depending on education and experience
• Part time days can be discussed (these 3 days will be during weekdays)
• A hands-on, impactful role where your work drives visible results in a short period.
• Flexible working arrangement: Hybrid, working days at the office will be discussed. During the training period, you must work at the office.
• Contract Duration: initially 3 months (temporary). The contract will be via Undutchables
• Travelcosts will be reimbursed
• Pension via Undutchables
