Our Branch Manager Mark brings a great sense of humor and positivity to the team. He works hard at ensuring that the Eindhoven clients are taken care of. He acts as a partner for his clients and is the go-to person in the office for his team. Mark worked at the Utrecht office before, as a Recruitment Consultant, and also worked as a Branch Manager in our The Hague/Rotterdam office. Nowadays, he spends his time leading the Eindhoven office. His impeccable customer service makes him a firm favorite of our clients. In his spare time he likes to prepare delicious meals for his family and friends. If you happen to know of any great places to eat in the Netherlands, please let him know, he is always on the look out for a great new restaurant to visit!
Celina is happy to be part of Undutchables Eindhoven as their Office Assistant. She likes to see the connection between people of different cultures (especially between client and candidate) and how people of different languages communicate. Celina is a very happy and helpful person. She loves to be in contact with people and help them with any question they have. This gives her a satisfied feeling. That is why the opportunity to work for Undutchables was a no-brainer.
In her free time she likes to go out for dinner, to the cinema or get a drink in the city of Eindhoven with her boyfriend, friends or her family.
She is looking forward to meet you soon at Undutchables.
Elçin grew up in a relatively small city in Turkey and has always found happiness in connecting the right people with the right positions and touching lives. In 2023, she made a significant decision to move to the Netherlands. Her path crossed with Undutchables right away, and actually (fun fact), before joining our Eindhoven team as a Recruitment Consultant, she also found her previous job thanks to Undutchables. So, as both an expat and someone who found a job through Undutchables, Elçin understands our candidates very well. She truly believes that trusting and working with Undutchables will be one of the best decisions you make for your career in the Netherlands! In her free time, Elçin loves to draw and play computer games; if the weather is nice and she can catch the sun, you might come across her taking long walks around Eindhoven!

"Stay curious, keep learning, and your path will keep evolving."
Luisa, originally from Sardinia, Italy, has lived in Eindhoven for the last 14 years after spending time in Spain and the UK. Her career began in digital publishing and marketing, a field she pursued passionately for many years. When she moved to the Netherlands, she embraced reinvention—first in customer service and later in recruitment, where she has truly found her professional calling.
On a personal note, Luisa is married to a fellow Italian, and they have two teenage daughters, aged 13 and 15, along with two pampered cats. Luisa loves spending time outdoors, hiking, exploring creative crafts, and cooking. Language is a passion of hers, and she enjoys practicing the ones she speaks—Italian, Spanish, English, Dutch, and some French
Moving abroad in different countries has taught Laura the value of adaptability, curiosity, and building connections — and now she uses those skills every day as a Recruitment Consultant at Undutchables. She is passionate about understanding both the professional and personal side of each candidate, and making sure they feel supported throughout the process. Nothing makes her happier than seeing someone thrive in a role they have found together. Outside of work, she runs her own small jewelry e-commerce business, loves going to the gym, playing tennis, listening to podcasts, and she is currently learning Dutch and Gemology.
Originally from Germany, Maria has lived and worked in several countries including Australia, the United States, and, since 2025, the Netherlands. With this global perspective, Maria is dedicated to finding the perfect match between candidates and clients. She knows that a positive and supportive work environment plays a key role in helping people settle into their new surroundings and thrive both professionally and personally. Outside of work, Maria is an active person who enjoys a wide range of sports like playing tennis, doing Pilates, and swimming.
