Job description
You will be responsible for creating market demand and engaging with end customers. We are looking for a capable candidate to strategically develop, prioritize, and drive profitable business growth in the assigned region.- Build and maintain trusted relationships with distributors and customers.
- Make cold calls and promptly follow up on website leads.
- Identify opportunities within our product line portfolios.
- Conduct sales price analyses and follow up with customers or distributors.
- Prepare forecasts for defined House Accounts and gather customer intelligence to adjust booked and revenue forecasts.
- Adapt sales strategy to meet corporate objectives.
- Contribute to process improvements and demonstrate a proactive attitude.
- Gather market trends, competitors' product developments, price points, and strengths/weaknesses.
Requirements
- Fluency in English and German (at least C1 level).
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of two years of experience in a commercial environment.
- Results-oriented, self-reliant, sales-driven, with a 'hunter' mentality for pursuing new business.
- Business negotiation skills are essential, and contract review experience is required.
- Strong interpersonal skills with individuals at all levels; polished, professional, and articulate.
- Full time availability.
- You are eligible to work in the Netherlands.
