Job description

As the Benelux/DACH Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client's market presence by proactively engaging with architects and designers in the hospitality and high-end residential sectors. This is a unique opportunity for a driven professional to make a significant impact and contribute to the company's continued success.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outreach to professionals in the industry, offering support and education on cutting-edge heating solutions.
  • Deliver educational training courses both online and in-person during planned trips.
  • Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders to foster business growth.
  • Work independently to identify new business opportunities and contribute to strategic planning.
  • Stay informed on competitors, understand market forces, and recognize industry drivers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in a timely manner.
  • Possess a keen understanding of financial aspects, utilizing this knowledge to monitor performance, make informed decisions, and identify cost-saving opportunities.


Key Qualities:
  • Strategic thinker with a focus on achieving business objectives.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of engaging with diverse audiences.
  • Effective planner with the ability to organize successful events.
  • Resourceful and able to operate independently in a dynamic environment.
  • Fluent in German (C1-C2 level), plus business-level proficiency in English. Dutch fluency would be beneficial.
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, with a proven track record in achieving targets.
  • Reside in or near Utrecht preferred; anywhere close to the German border can be an option
