Job description

As a customer support representative, you will be in contact with clients from the DACH region. You will be dealing with online and offline requests, making sure orders and updates are in the system. Providing top customer service via email and phone call. You will be the first point of contact for clients. Next to this you will also:
  • process orders and create offers
  • deal with phone calls and emails simultaneously
  • give advice on products, and use your sales skills to cross sell
  • You will also work closely with the product development team and supply chain department and discuss improvements

Requirements

  • C2 level of German in word and writing (will be tested)
  • B2 level English in word and writing
  • Strong administrational skills
  • Commercial mindset and strong communication skills
  • Experience in MS office and ERP systems is a plus
  • Ability to switch easily and quickly between tasks
  • A helicopter view and ability to think two steps ahead
  • A team player and able to work independently
  • A service-minded approach, committed and detail oriented.
