Job description

In this role, you will own and drive the end to end assortment and stock planning process, ensuring alignment between consumer demand, commercial objectives, and inventory health. You will act as a key connector across multiple teams, translating strategy into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.

• Develop and own a clear, multi season assortment and stock plan aligned to consumer demand and commercial goals.
• Lead the creation and execution of seasonal buy plans, ensuring optimal product availability and marketplace health.
• Manage rolling Stock & Sales Plans, balancing revenue, margin, and inventory targets.
• Monitor in-season performance and proactively adjust plans to capture opportunities or mitigate risks.
• Partner closely with cross-functional teams including Merchandising, Business Planning, Supply Chain, Finance, and Sport teams to align strategies and execution.
• Provide clear, data-driven insights and recommendations to influence decision-making across stakeholders.
• Drive responsiveness by identifying risks and opportunities early and acting decisively in a fast-paced environment.
• Contribute to key business moments by presenting performance insights, opportunities, and actions in a clear and compelling way.
• Champion innovation by leveraging advanced tools and analytics to improve planning accuracy and efficiency.
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, influencing decisions at multiple levels of the organization.
• Support and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and high performance.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in multi season retail planning, with a strong understanding of assortment and stock management.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen, including knowledge of key retail metrics such as revenue, margin, and inventory productivity.
• Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and compelling narratives.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complexity and drive clarity in decision-making.
• Experience working in cross-functional, matrixed environments with a track record of influencing outcomes.
• Leadership experience, with the ability to coach, empower, and inspire teams in a culture of trust and inclusion.
• A proactive, growth-oriented mindset with ownership of decisions, outcomes, and continuous learning.
• Ability to understand end-to-end business impact, both in-season and pre-season.
• Familiarity with modern planning and analytics tools, including AI-enabled platforms (e.g., Cursor, Copilot) and experience with data tools such as Tableau or Snowflake is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities and high expectations.
• Strong collaboration skills and a passion for building meaningful partnerships across teams.
