Job description
As a key member of the Supply Chain Operations team, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring seamless execution from order placement through final delivery. You will play a critical role in delivering operational excellence, driving process improvements, and supporting business growth in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end Supply Chain operations, ensuring efficient execution across all assigned process steps.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned stakeholders, providing clear communication and operational support.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Commercial, Planning, Operations, and external marketplace partners to ensure successful execution of key business initiatives.
- Monitor supply chain performance, proactively identify operational risks, and implement effective solutions to improve service levels.
- Generate actionable insights using available tools and operational data to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Drive process optimization initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external business partners to ensure alignment and successful execution.
- Support the implementation of new supply chain capabilities, operational processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure high levels of operational accuracy, accountability, and service excellence while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or Planning.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, including planning, order management, product delivery, and operational execution.
- Experience working in customer-facing roles and managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and project coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel; experience with ERP and supply chain systems is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) starting ASAP with an estimated end date of August 31, 2026.
